The Los Angeles National Club of Real Estate Investors (NCREI) was created in response to an overwhelming demand for a networking forum from Real Estate Expert Sam Sadat and his associates. At the NCREI we are committed to helping real estate investors learn from the best speakers and materials available.

Our mission is to educate, enhance networking, and encourage you to take action to attain your financial freedom!

However, we believe that education alone is not enough. We are focused on motivating our members to take their future in hand by using what they've learned and taking action towards their goals. Sam and his associates help members through Education, Connection and ACTION!

You are invited to our monthly meetings held on the 4th Tuesday of every month. Everyone is welcome - from the beginner to experienced investors. Click here to read testimonials of previous attendees.

Each month a different topic and speaker will be presented. Sam, the President and Founder, will present a segment at the beginning of each meeting called "Sam's Insight," which always includes a "Tip of the Month." Be prepared for some good old-fashioned learning.

There will be time for everyone to network and enjoy the refreshments. Tables for displaying real estate-related services are provided.

Wealth Creation Through Short Sale, and Foreclosure Investing!

Through the NCREI Investor Academy we offer classes on Owner Financing including "Subject to", wraps and Lease-options.  We also have a California Specific Mining the California Foreclosure Market three-day bootcamp to teach you how to do short sales and foreclosures legally in California.  Proper training is essential to comply with our strict laws and the Equity Purchase Contract requirements. 

These classes will be fundamental to being successful as an investor in California over the next three to five years. Bootcamp graduates are invited to join our Wealth Implementation NOW! (WIN!) Program to accelerate their real estate investing careers.

Investors struggling to identify their investing niche are encouraged to participate in our Niches to Riches Program to identify the real estate investing niche that is appropriate for them.
