Welcome! You’ve just found your vehicle to the ultimate real estate success. For what we’ve been told, once you come to our meetings nothing else will do! We have the best combination of real estate education and personal development insights to enable you to take action. What makes us unique is my commitment to our trinity of Education, Connection and Action.

We all know the importance of Education. The word is from Latin educatus, which means to rear, nature or enlighten. It’s the opposite of ignorance. If ignorance represents darkness then education is the symbol of light.

Connection is the very essence of networking which includes, but is not limited to, exchanging your resources with others. When we say networking, we mean proactively engaging others for creating mutually profitable working relationships.

And finally Action. In the words of Benjamin Disraeli, “Not all Action may lead to happiness but there is no happiness without Action.” Action is the missing link in the chain of success. It’s the process of initiating a movement and bringing it to a successful completion. It’s productivity which will lead to high morale across the board.

With this trinity in mind, I formed the National Club of Real Estate Investors (NCREI, LLC) in May of 2003. Although my vision was national, I noticed my actions were local. After a few years I realized going national was a lot more involved than I thought!

The only other thing I managed to do was co-founding a women’s club in Orange County with my good friend Iris Veneracion. I finally decided to choose a name that’s more reflective of our presence. So, we’re now known as both NCREI and LAREIC, which stands for Los Angeles Real Estate Investors Club. We now have two domain names: www.ncrei.com and www.lareic.org or net. By the way, LAREIC is not to be confused with another real estate club in LA which is called REIC-LA and owned by Phyllis Rockower.

Investors say that what makes the NCREI / LAREIC so awesome is that we show our Members how to make money in changing markets. Whether real estate goes up, goes down or even if it stays flat, our Members learn how to make great profits. That is why we are known as the trusted source for investment knowledge on California real estate. If a close friend of yours or a wealthy person referred you to our site, you probably already know this fact: real estate has created more millionaires and multi-millionaires than all other investments combined.

Let’s clarify some issues and dispel some myths.

1. You don’t need credit or money
2. The real estate downturn is an opportunity and not crisis
3. Not all real estate clubs are created equally.
4. Fear is an illusion. The antidote to fear is action.

Guests are welcome to attend our meeting at a charge of $25.00, which can be applied toward membership when you apply the evening of the meeting. No advance registration is required. Meetings start at 7:30 PM and usually last about 2 1/2 hours.
