Claudia is NCREI’s Club Director. In her first year of taking over as Club Director she has doubled the Club’s membership! She is very excited about the changes taking palace at NCREI and is developing several new programs that will improve our club meetings and provide extra benefits to the NCREI Members.

For many people, Claudia is their first introduction to the Club since she is frequently at events promoting NCREI, handles the registration tables at the Club meetings and personally calls many of you every month on behalf of NCREI!

Claudia loves working with the new investors and helping them get started. She also coordinates the volunteers that help out at our monthly events. If you want to volunteer – give Claudia a call!

Although she did not have any previous experience as an investor, seeing all of the speakers and working with the club members has motivated her to learn how to invest as well. She is particularly excited to start working in the area of foreclosures.

An important part of Claudia’s life is her family (her sister Carla also helps out at the club) and particularly her son who is very active.
