Peter J. Apostolos has over 6 years experience in residential real estate pre-development, rehabbing, prospecting, and short sales. Peter’s started in real estate with a group pre-development project in Las Vegas and for the last four years he has been involved in refining his prospecting and marketing systems to address the distressed homeowner sector.

The end of 2006 found Peter wanting to shift his focus away from Las Vegas and back towards home here in California. After attending one of the NCREI Club meetings Peter called Sam’s office and the two found they had much in common and began devising a strategy to address the waves of foreclosures soon to hit the market.

Peter is now the Director of the NCREI Investor Academy’s WIN! (Wealth Implementation Now!) program, a high-quality action based training and mentoring program designed to assist aspiring Real Estate Investors.

Peter’s professional experience includes over 23 years in the Aerospace, Semiconductor and Internet Technology sectors, first on the technical side and then in the sales, marketing and management realms. These positions included the procurement and management of large, long-term Aerospace contracts, managing multiple accounts of Fortune 500 companies and designing and managing sales and marketing systems for a variety of technology and real estate firms.

Peter lives in Southern California and is the proud father of a 23 year old daughter and is an avid musician, runner and outdoorsman.
