Sam has 25 years experience as a true insider of the real estate industry. Sam’s passion is to educate his members, help them establish solid connections and to encourage them to take action to attain financial freedom. Sam is the founder and president of the National Club of Real Estate Investors (NCREI.com) and the co-founder of the Invest Club for Women (womensinvestclub.com). These organizations are dedicated to create an understanding of the fundamentals of investing wisely in real estate.

Recent efforts have been focused on the development of the NCREI Investor Academy where real estate investors can go to get real education and Select Capital Group, LLC (SCG) to research proposed deals throughout the nation and then provide the best of those opportunities to our members.

Sam is also the CEO of Global Financial Network, LLC, offering mortgages that are consistent with the philosophy he teaches in his book, Free and Clear that are free of junk fees and excessive commissions.

Sam is a highly acclaimed speaker at seminars and workshops around the country. He has taught real estate finance at the Learning Annex for 5 years and his new class on foreclosures and short sales has been one of the most popular seminars since its inception in August 2006.

In addition to writing many articles for well-known real estate publications and hosting his own radio show, "The Free and Clear Hour", on KHOW in Denver, Sam wrote the best selling book Free and Clear, The Inside Secrets of Home Mortgage Financing. This book has helped thousands of people save millions of dollars on their mortgages and to take control over their financial future.

Sam and his real estate clubs have recently been featured on the KTLA Channel 5 News in Los Angeles as one of the best networking and educational venues in Southern California.
